অর্ডার বাতিল সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি (বাংলা)

1. মূল্য সংক্রান্ত অসঙ্গতি:
   বাজার মূল্য বা কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে কোনো পণ্যের মূল্য অসঙ্গতিপূর্ণ হলে, মারজুম কর্তৃপক্ষ অর্ডার বাতিলের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
2. স্টক সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা:
   যদি অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকে বা অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণে ডেলিভারি সম্ভব না হয়, অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
3. ভুল তথ্য বা যোগাযোগ না হলে:
   অর্ডার করার সময় যদি ভুল ঠিকানা বা মোবাইল নম্বর দেওয়া হয়, অথবা একাধিকবার কল করার পরও কোনো সাড়া না পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
4. পরপর অর্ডার করে পণ্য না নেওয়া:
   যদি কোনো কাস্টমার পরপর ৩ বার অর্ডার করে ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য গ্রহণ না করেন, তাহলে তার পরবর্তী অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে এবং একাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে সাসপেন্ড হতে পারে।
5. সন্দেহজনক বা ভুয়া অর্ডার:
   ভুয়া, অসৎ বা সন্দেহজনক অর্ডার পাওয়া গেলে মারজুম কর্তৃপক্ষ তা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
6. পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা:
   যদি অনলাইন পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হয় বা যাচাইয়ে সমস্যা হয়, তাহলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।

অর্ডার বাতিল হলে, প্রয়োজনে রিফান্ড মারজুম-এর রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন হবে।

Order Cancellation Terms

1. Price Discrepancy:
   If a product's price is incorrect due to market fluctuation or technical error, Marzom reserves the right to cancel the order.
2. Out of Stock:
   If the ordered product is not available in stock or cannot be delivered due to unforeseen reasons, the order may be canceled.
3. Incorrect Information or No Response:
   If the customer provides an incorrect address or phone number, or fails to respond after multiple confirmation calls, the order may be canceled.
4. Repeated Order Rejection:
   If a customer places orders but refuses delivery three times in a row, future orders may be canceled, and the account may be temporarily suspended.
5. Suspicious or Fake Orders:
   If an order appears suspicious, dishonest, or fake, Marzom reserves the right to cancel it without prior notice.
6. Payment Issues:
   If online payment fails or there are verification issues, the order may be canceled.

Note:
In case of cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed according to Marzom’s refund policy.
